How to book the lodge
Thank you for your interest in our cabin. Please follow the steps below if you would like to reserve dates for your vacation.
1. Check the availability calendar to make sure your desired dates are available
View Calendar.
2. Check the pricing on our website to verify the nightly rate View Pricing.
3. Send us an email or call us with the following information:
- Number of people in your group. (Maximum occupancy is 30)
- Name of person who will be signing the rental agreement.
- Mailing Address
- Phone #’s (home #, and a cell # of someone who will be at the cabin.)
- Email address if different than the one you use to contact us.
- Exact check in and check out dates
(check in is 3:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am)
4. We will then put this information into the rental agreement and email it to you at the address you provided.
5. When you receive the Rental Agreement please read through it and review all of the information to make sure it is correct. Fill out the credit card information, sign the rental agreement and return it to us via email, fax (801-880-1064) or regular mail. You can also send a check for the deposit via regular mail however we still require a valid credit card to secure your reservation.
6. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received your lease and deposit. We will also block out your dates and send you a 4 digit code that you will use to get into the cabin during your stay.
We do not "hold" reservations. However, if you are the first person to request certain dates and we have sent a lease to you but have not received it back, we will make our best efforts to contact you should someone else request the same dates. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR SIGNED LEASE AND DEPOSIT AND YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US.
